Ruby starts t-ball

We officially started our first organized sport. Ruby has t-ball twice a week and she's having so much fun with it so far.
Reid is about to lose his first tooth!
Miles is saying up to 4 word sentences, it's SO cute to hear him chatter away all day. And he loves to sing too.
The boys made "Kix land." Hahaha
Reid loved watching them pour the curb across the street.
He drew this picture of Andy hugging the whole family. <3
This is Ruby at school with her math buddies Santi and Angel.
They love reading together in the mornings.
Ruby usually sleeps in, then yells for Miles to come get her when she does wake up.
Ruby has been reading a verse to us at breakfast in the mornings. We really like her NIRV bible!
Miles fell asleep in the car and had a hard time waking up in Target. Haha!
On Wednesday we had to take our Accord in to get something in the airbag replaced. I got to drive a new CRV for the day, which was fun. Reid had fun exploring the cars in the showroom when we went to pick it up.
Ruby's first practice! She did great! We have a cute little ragtag team.
Miles pretty much completely set the table the other day. Haha! He's so helpful.
Dr. is the best game ever invented.
Apparently both of my knees were broken and I had blood coming out of my ears and nose. Hah!
I took Reid to the doctor on Thursday. He has been complaining of the house feeling like it's spinning, which I assume means he's dizzy. They checked his blood and he is a little anemic, he's otherwise okay. So we're trying an iron supplement for now.
 This boy is resourceful.
Reid has his big tooth growing in behind his baby tooth. It's getting pretty wiggly! He has let me try to tug on it twice, but it's still pretty stuck in there.
Reid made this "transporter truck" complete with hair ties holding it to stabilize it.
Grandma Patty came and fed the kids dinner and put them to bed...
...while we got to go out! We had yummy Chinese dinner, then we wandered around Target, and then to a fun bar for a flight of beer tasting. It was a ton of fun.
On Saturday we got some things at Target and Home Depot to make over our patio! We're excited to enjoy it when the weather warms up.
Watching Daddy work on the patio. He pressure washed it all last week and it's looking great.
Reid made a poster for Ruby. I helped him write "from," but then he wrote "Reid To: Ruby" all by himself!
Miles fell and bit through his lip. :( It was looking pretty bad the next day, but it's a lot better now.
Ruby came home from her second t-ball practice totally covered in mud. The coach and assistant coach were both gone, so Andy took over and they had a ton of fun! Apparently in the car on the way home Ruby said, "Thanks, Dad." So sweet.
Miles is enjoying his last few weeks in the nursery before he turns 2 and moves up!
I wonder who did this to him... Haha! Reid has been writing his name everywhere.
At Home Community we lit a fire and all of the little boys were enthralled.
The aftermath of Reid getting himself a banana for a snack...
Miles and I went out on a wet walk while the kids were at school.
We had so much fun! He splashed in puddles, watched worms, poked at flowers, and carried a rock for most of the way home.
Ruby did an experiment making maple syrup candies for the science fair. They were so yummy!

Spring Break and a trip to the beach

We had a great spring break! Andy took off Monday-Tuesday and Friday, and we had play dates on Wednesday and Thursday. Unfortunately it was way colder and rainier than the previous week, but we had fun anyway.
Sweet snuggly brothers in the morning. They both have their bunnies.
Getting every last bit of oatmeal.
Project day! We hung a curtain in our living room (finally!).
 Miles is getting creative... doh.
The kids got their Clubhouse Jr. magazine in the mail. Ruby's favorite part is reading the jokes at the end, so she was reading them to all of us. She got to one that sounded familiar to all of us... then we all realized it was her joke that she submitted several months ago!!!
We all screamed and laughed! We are so proud. They even sent her three extra copies and a letter. It was pretty special! And a really funny joke that she made up herself. She told me the whole process, it happened when she was eating chili and thought of it being hot and how funny it was that it is called chili. Haha!
They said at school for the students to do math over spring break, so Ruby wanted me to make some math problems for her. She's good at explaining how she gets her answers.
On Wednesday we met our friends William and Juniper at Pirate park! It was pretty cold.
But we had fun anyway! I pretty much just chased Miles around the whole time.
 Reid got quite sandy.
Ruby led a bunch of kids in a game of tag and even got her brothers to play too.
 Evening wrestle time!
Ruby has been reading the Imagination Station books from the library and loves them. Each one has a word puzzle in the back and when you get the answer it gives you a code for a free Adventure in Odyssey imagination station episode to listen to. They had fun listening to one at bed time.
On Thursday we went over to the Sprungers' house to play. Reid loved their easel.
And they all loved climbing on Joe's new structure. It's fun to have cousins close by!
Miles saw the big kids getting water in this bucket, so he tried getting it out of the wrong pipe. Haha!
Reid and Caleb from down the street, they get along really well.
He is seriously my mini me! He definitely looks like a Wetzig/Sprunger and is tall and thin.
They started putting in a sidewalk across the street and Reid got to test out their mini digger before they got started! It has been fun watching them work.
On Friday we went to Seaside for the day with Del and Patty! It was cold, but way fun.
 ❤️ 15 years together. ❤️
Ruby is so sweet with Miles sometimes.
Andy started a beach project, as usual.
Reid writes his name everywhere now.
 Brrr!!!
 Miles found Grandma's snacks.
 Project done!
 ❤️
We love Seaside because if it's cold at the beach there's plenty else to do. The kids loved these huge bubbles!
Then we all rode the carousel. Miles LOVED it.
 So did Ruby...
...and Reid!
Then we had some Tillamook ice cream.
 Mmm!!
 Sharing with baby.
Miles and Reid fell asleep on the way home.
Ruby reading her Imagination Station book.
 And reading to the boys.
 Watching the construction.
Ruby and Aylah made a "birthday cake" for Reid.
Friday night movie night! We watched Ralph Breaks the Internet.
 Who needs toys?!?!
During nap time Andy took the big kids out on a nature walk. They had so much fun!
 Reid's all ready for preschool!
Miles and I had fun at Home Depot while the big kids were in school.
 What a sweet sister.
