Our little guy turned seven months old this week. He is so mellow and sweet. He started liking his baby food more. The first one he actually ate was puréed green beans. Go figure. He's still working on getting that eighth tooth in. It's a stubborn one.
Ruby just started asking "why" this morning. We'll see if it becomes a thing.
Yesterday she found a Carmel candy from Halloween. So I gave her a tiny piece and said, "You have to chew it really good." Unfortunately she stated chewing too soon and but my finger really hard! I wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry, so I chose to laugh. Both kids were looking at me like I was crazy. It seriously hurt for the rest of the evening, but it was also pretty funny.
Also yesterday morning I was in the living room nursing Reid and Ruby was in the kitchen when I heard, "Mom! I just spilled orange juice all over the place." When I got in there, she was cleaning it up with a towel. She's so funny.
This is Ruby's new reading corner. She loves it.
Reading stories together.
We went to Fusion at church, and Ruby found her buddies.
Penny, Karley, Ruby and Hannah.
We used to do this with yarn all through my mom's house... The apple does not fall far from the tree.
He loves to stick his finger in his paci.
We moved Reid into the old family bassinet for a while. He's sleeping pretty good in it. He still wakes up two or three times a night.
Having a picnic by the tree.

Ruby took this. It's pretty cute.
They like to snuggle together in the mornings.
I don't think they could be any cuter.
Daddy came home with flowers for Ruby and I on Tuesday. This is her first bouquet. She wanted to put it in her room.
So happy.
Singing away. She's actually pretty amazing at keeping a tune, tempo, pitch, lyrics, etc.
Playing with his toys.
Chubby, happy guy right before bed.
Ruby picked out all of the M&M's to get our snacks ready to go to Costco. Shall we say Chocoholic?
These pictures are so cute! Love that yarn all over the house - I had forgotten that! Love you!!
