Fancy date night and Reid turns 4 1/2

For the week of 11/6-11/12

Currently... Miles started putting two words together! And he's SO funny to watch right now. He'll walk around the house gathering things, making piles of things, putting things in containers, etc. It's so cute. He also got the first of his second set of molars this week. He has been chewing and drooling like crazy so I knew it was coming. He regularly wakes up in the morning saying "owie." :(
Reid is LOVING preschool. He's doing really well and starting to figure out letter sounds at the beginning of words!
Ruby has had a rough week or two, I think she is over tired lately and maybe has a cold. We're trying to navigate that with her.

As for back in November, here are some photos!
 Basket brothers
He likes to sit on the potty sometimes. When he poops in his diaper he'll tell me "poop" and run to his changing table. Potty training is not too far off!
We've really been loving trains during nap time. We even built one while Miles was awake and he didn't immediately destroy it!
 Dancing!
Helping wash dishes. This is how he stays occupied while I cook sometimes.
Andy built a "fire" for the kids. It has been getting colder at nights.
 Gah!
Morning drum time! They sure had fun.
Playing in the closet with Megan.
Reid tied a knot in the sleeping bag string! It took me a while to get it undone.
Reid turned 4 1/2! We made blueberry muffins to celebrate.
 Just reading a cookbook. <3
Our fish Lemon died... maybe getting guppies wasn't the best idea.
Reid made this cute turkey at school.
We borrowed Out Foxed from the library, it's our favorite! (Don't tell the kids I got it for them for Christmas!)
On Friday Ruby had off school but Reid still had it, so I took her and Miles to the Children's Museum!
It was so fun. She loved the vet area.
And Miles did too, of course.
This little girl was giving Miles heart eyes. He was totally indifferent. Haha!
He ate off of a plate for the first time and did really well! He ate all his food and then asked for more.
We ran into Ruby's friend Shania from school! They had a blast.
We love the water area. And Ruby really loved having a friend there.
Then we played with the clay for a little while. So fun!
Reid made a big mess of rice chex, thankfully we have a good vacuum for him to clean it up. I'm not sure it was a punishment though, he loves to vacuum! Hahaha
Here's our kids at our Home Community. Ruby was in charge and playing mom with all of her babies. So cute.
Grandma and Grandpa came up to play for the weekend! (To watch the kids so we could go to a wedding.)
Andy and I got all dressed up and went to his step cousin Shaun's wedding. It was fun!
Miles likes to climb in the sink!
 Playing Old Maid.
After church we took a lovely walk at Hoyt Arboretum where we did our family photos. It's SO pretty there!
Ruby and Aylah did some yard work in the front yard with Andy.
We went out for fries at McMenamins down the road for fun!
The kids were interested in the brewing machines and things.
Sometimes he eats like this. Haha!
Reid told this story at school. Haha!
Monday the 12th was Veteran's Day, so the kids had off school and Andy took off work. We started the day out with a fort!
 Then built a Lego village.
 And made a thankful turkey.
 Miles loved his tomato soup!
And then we all took a nap. Just about the perfect day.
