My birthday, STEAM night, and our first vacay without kids since Miles was born

We had a busy week! My birthday was on the 10th, then Ruby had STEAM night at her school. Then my parents came up to watch the kids while Andy and I went to Hood River for a few days!
 The boys got hair cuts.
This is Reid before... it was so shaggy! He has very thick hair.
Ruby and her friends enjoy our new patio furniture.
And we planted these lovely flowers. Reid and Maya had fun watering them.
 Birthday breakfast!
Andy took the day off and we did some shopping and Starbucksing downtown with Miles.
Then he and Ruby made me brownies. They were delicious!
Ruby finished her science fair project all about maple syrup candies. She did great.
Miles has been having so much fun outside.
He is in LOVE with strawberries. He calls them "stwabebebebebebebes."
Ruby's project all set up at STEAM night!
Miles got to ride on Andy's back so we didn't have to chase him around. Also it was past his bed time.
Reid had fun building a dinosaur.
Ruby had fun at the beach with her friend Penny (in front of a green screen).
We built a spaghetti and marshmallow tower!
Saturday Ruby got her t-ball uniform and had pictures! Unfortunately her first three games were rained out.
 Ruby and her friend Ender.
 What a cute team!
 Reid practiced hop scotch.
 Go number 5!
 Practicing her swing.
 My mini-me!
We left on Sunday morning, we couldn't go to church because Miles was very snotty. But the kids did Sunday School with Grandma and Grandpa.
And they did lots of crafts and painting.
 While we enjoyed ice cream...
 ...wine tasting...
...and sitting overlooking Mt. Hood and orchards with wine and cheese for hours. It was LOVELY and much needed.
