Ruby looks so good in red. :) She's 15 months already. Wow. I keep thinking about "what was she like last year at this time..." She has grown so much. She weighed 25.6 pounds at her appointment yesterday and was 31.5 inches long. That puts her in the 90th percentile for weight and the 80th percentile for height. She loves eating cheese and meat still, but really likes avocados, bananas, and grapefruit too. She's learning new words every day it seems. We read a book with the alphabet in it this morning, and she tried to say most of the letters. She really likes things like swinging and going down the slide at the park, and says "weee". Here are a bunch of pictures of our fun week.
Playing with Mommy's scarf.
She loves peek-a-boo
Boo!
She can reach the light switches in the living room. She says "off", but says "og" for on.
Her 15 month photo shoot was interesting trying to get her to stay still enough :)
She likes to look at the "pt" (pretty) things in her hair.
She loves putting on our "hats".
"Wadow" is her favorite thing lately.
Andy threw me a fantastically fun birthday party on Saturday night, complete with a chef and an amazing menu. Ruby liked the crispy kale!
The three of us.
Us with our friend Carey.
A perfect Ruby sized rocking chair.
After her nap on Sunday she walked over to the corner and sat down for a while.
On Monday morning she woke up pretty early, so I brought her out to the couch and we both fell back asleep.
Playing in the back yard.
The first flowers she picked for me. <3
Being all cute. It's been really nice weather this week.
Playing at the doctor's office.
We stopped in at church to visit Daddy yesterday. Ruby had fun playing with the balls.
Andy kicked one across the gym and she went way over there to get it.
Playdoh!
She copies everything we do. She's trying to unlock the door with her keys.
Ruby loves Aunt Becca!
Sitting on Daddy this morning.
She finally fits into her Converse shoes I bought before I got pregnant with her. :)
Love the weekly Thursday photos of Ruby!!! She is growing so much, it is fun to see her try to do new things! Dad loves these pictures too! Such a love. Miss her! Miss you! Miss Andy!
