Our 12th Anniversary!

For the week of 11/27-12/3
We had our 12th anniversary! We got to go out to a lovely dessert and had lots of fun. It's been a wonderful 12 years.
We've also started getting ready for Christmas. We decided not to have a tree this year because of being gone for a week right at Christmas, and Miles would probably bother it all the time. Definitely next year though, we missed having one.
This boy is pretty clever. Hahaha
We made some Christmas colored play dough. We have to supervise Miles 100% though, he tries to eat it.
So cute! I got some new cookie cutters for this year.
And our stockings... I've decided to re-knit them this year. I'm going to try to make them a little smaller and use better yarn. It will be a fun project.
Miles has had a cold and I suck his snot out before bed every night. He went in the bedroom in the afternoon and got all of the snot sucking things out and then climbed on the bed and laid down. Hahaha!
Our cute little family in play dough.
I took the boys to Old Navy and Michaels. Reid liked riding the dog, and then in Michaels he fell in love with a skein of blue yarn and desperately wanted to buy it.
We went home and I found some yarn for him instead. And of course, it ended up all over the house. Hahaha We definitely did that when we were kids (sorry Mom!).
They love to play in the laundry baskets.
 Back it up!

Bedtime stories in Mom and Dad's bed.
Reid helped me wrap Christmas presents. This year I literally had all of our gifts purchased and wrapped by December 1st. Haha
Just in time for Christmas Book Day on December 1st!
I got them a Richard Scarry book, he's our favorite.
Then we put the kids to bed and went out on a date for our anniversary! We got super fancy dessert at Paley's Place, I've always wanted to go there. It was lovely.
Sunday after church, Miles always falls asleep in the car on the way home.
Advent season has begun. Our church puts these really cool kits together for families to walk us through Advent. We love it so much.
Reid took about 8 tries to blow out the candle.
He's constantly chewing on his fingers because he's getting his second molars! Poor baby. As of right now (1/4) his bottom two are in.
He sure loves books, just like the other two.
Ruby got a blue sucker and this happened...
Ruby wasn't tired so she read with us in bed for a while. <3
