Disneyland Day 3

12/16, back to Disneyland park for our last day.
This is how we ate breakfast every morning. At 7 our hotel breakfast thing opened and we were pretty much the first ones there every day. We got a little corner table and had hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, and/or donuts. Not the healthiest... but it was ok for a few days.
Walking to the park! This day was Monday, so it was a tiny bit less busy than over the weekend.
Our traditional pic walking down Main Street.
We went in the Penny Arcade before they had opened the door. Hah!
First up... Jungle Cruise! Ruby's making this face at a silly joke they made.
 We all loved it!
Then Andy took Ruby and Miles on Pirates, but Reid hadn't liked the waterfall part. So we played pirates in the gift shop for a long time.
Then the boys and I did Tarzan's Treehouse (again) while Andy and Ruby went on Indiana Jones! She loved it!
We headed up to Galaxy's Edge! We got to meet Rey, and Miles kept asking to go back to talk to her more.
 Yay!!
THE MILLENNIUM FALCON!!! It was sooooo cool.
We got right in line to ride Smuggler's Run. It was a long line, but the queue was fun. Right at the end they measured Miles, and he was just a bit too short. :( So I went out with him to do rider swap. So the good news is that the big kids got to go twice!
Miles!!! Hahahaha
We went into a gift shop, and Reid just loved looking at all of the toys.
Then we watched some people making droids. I think they were like $100 each, and then these people had to carry their boxes around all day! They were pretty cool though.
We headed down into Frontier Land and rode on the Mark Twain. We ate lunch on there too.
 Sleepy time.
Then we headed over to Tom Sawyer's Island. It was so fun! I gave Miles his lunch at a picnic table because he had slept through the rest of us eating, while Andy and the big kids ran around the caves.
Cutie pie Reid.
 And cutie pie Miles.
All that running around made them thirsty, and they had these perfect height drinking fountains for the three of them. :)
Heading back to the rest of the park. Aren't they cute?
We got a corn dog to share for a snack and watched the dueling piano show at the Golden Horseshoe. Definitely not as good as Billy Hill and the Hillbillies, we miss that one a lot.
We headed back through the hub and got a pic with the castle real quick.
And over to Tomorrowland for Autopia! The kids were excited to have their own driver's licenses. Ruby drove a car with Andy.
And Reid drove Miles and I around!
Then we headed over to meet some Star Wars guys. Andy and the boys met Darth Vader, but Ruby was too scared to meet him. So we met Chewbacca instead.
Andy said that Darth Vader came out and asked Reid if he would join the dark side. Reid just stared at him and nodded. And then on their way out Reid whispered to Andy, "I just tricked him! I didn't really join the dark side!"
We got to meet Andy's friend Colin who works running the shows and his fiancĂ© Liz who flies as Tinker Bell during the fireworks! We rode on the Storybook Land Canal Boats.
Then Ruby and I went on Big Thunder Mountain, which was soooo fun! Andy and Ruby went on it again right after.
The kids had asked and asked for cotton candy. So we grabbed some and watched the Mickey cartoons on Main Street while Andy went and bought some souvineers and Christmas gifts. They ended up not liking it all that much and we didn't even finish it!! Hahaha
After that we headed back to the hotel for some pizza and to get jammies on. It was nice to rest for a while.
Andy's friend had gotten us reserved seating for Fantastic! So we headed back into the park for that with jammies and everything because we knew the kids would be exhausted. I think we even brushed their teeth before we went. Hah!
We got to our reserved area, and it was an amazing view! Right next to the stage manager's area. However, it was super windy that night and they ended up cancelling it all. :( We were so sad, but it was probably for the better. All three kids were sound asleep. What a way to end our trip to Disneyland!
So the trick at this point was getting three sleeping kids back to our hotel room...
Ruby barely fit in the stroller, but we kept her in there. We put Miles on Andy's back and he pushed Ruby. Then it was up to me to carry Reid on our 15 minute walk... no easy task, he's 50 pounds! I felt like my back was about to give out, but we finally made it. And all crashed in our beds. What an amazing trip.
